Over 100 Mothers Reached in One Day
Our Maternal and Child Health Outreach brought antenatal and postnatal assessments, free ultrasound scans, HIV counselling and testing, nutrition and family-planning guidance, and Mama Kits to more than 100 expectant mothers and mothers of babies under one year old.
For many of the women who came, the cost of an ultrasound normally puts the scan out of reach. Being able to see their babies and know their pregnancies were progressing well brought real reassurance.
